Federal, State and Industry edicts directly affect how records are kept and for what length of time. As a part of the process of digitizing files the rules of these entities should be considered and adhered to. Storing records digitally is a logical step in the process of being compliant provided there are checks and balances in place to monitor the validity and integrity of the data and files.

Each record type and category we have scanned has had a retention length, a security requirement and a use workflow. Researching these elements prior to prepping and scanning records is vital to the success of the overall use of the management of the digital assets. When needed, we assist with each record type to design the storage and security measures for compliance and retention, with a consideration for auditing and reporting.

Our team will work closely on each project to insure the consideration for the lifecycle of the document has been addressed.
